Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Digital products and downloads — All sales of digital goods are final. No exceptions.
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@theeliteinfinity.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
